The 101 is the perfect place to host any small event. It's the perfect place for bridal showers, baby showers, graduation celebrations, family gatherings, open houses, business events, community events, and so much more.

Our facility seats up to 50 people at one time, has a kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, and oven. We also have wall mounted TV monitors and Wi-fi.

The venue is handicap accessible.

Rental fees:

$100 - 2 hours (includes $50 deposit at time of booking)

$175 - 4 hours (includes $50 deposit at time of booking)

$250 - All Day (includes $50 deposit at time of booking)

Balance of fee is due 10 days prior to the day the venue is being used.

There will be a $10 cash deposit when the key is picked up from our office. The $10 cash deposit will be returned when keys are brought back to our office.

The $50 deposit for the rental of the venue is non-refundable.

Venue Guidelines

Feel free to set up the tables in a way that best suits your needs.
Decorations are allowed, but glitter and confetti are not.
Only battery powered candles are allowed.
Only Frog / Painter's tape is acceptable to use if hanging items on painted walls and all tape and items must be removed by the renter.
All balloons must be deflated before putting them in the trash.
Any large items used for decorations must be taken with you and not left in the trash or in the venue.
After your event, leave the trash bags in the garbage cans for our staff to remove after your event is over. This prevents any leakage onto the floor.
Any left over food must be removed from the venue at the end of your event.
Leave used towels and dish rags by the kitchen sink for our staff to pick up after your event.
Our staff will sweep and mop the venue after your event is over. However, it is the renter's responsibility to clean up any major spill or mess made while renting the venue.
The upper and lower levels of the venue are not part of the rented space and should not be accessed by those in attendance of the event. (Lower level is defined as the area past the wood door. This area should only be accessed if a circuit breaker needs to be reset.)
Renter may only use the venue for the scheduled rental times. Set up and tear down must fall within those times. However, if no other event has been scheduled for that day, a staff member from 'The 101' may authorize the renter to have additional time at no extra charge. This however is not guaranteed.

We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours. The office for The 101 venue is at 407 N. Main St in Roanoke. We are across the street from the venue site.

We encourage you to phone ahead to make sure that someone is in the office to assist you.
